There’s noting more frustrating than having what looks like an easy finesse shot around the green, only to find that the grass itself is fighting against you. Bermuda and other strains of grass that have a lot of grain (the blades grow in one predominant direction) can grab the leading edge of your wedge, resulting in chunks, bladed shots – all manner of embarrassing outcomes.

Fortunately, in this video, Titleist staff member James Sieckmann shows you how to account for grainy lies and shows how a little creativity in club selection will help you master grainy lies.
